Harold and Shirley arrived on Wednesday, and were great sports about just going with the plan that had already been in place. My family thinks they are great people, and enjoys being around them. I hope they had a nice Thanksgiving Day. I know we can be a little bit overwhelming, even with just half of us kids together. Thanks Jared and Leslie for a wonderful day!!! Your check is in the mail.
I'm sad that this is the only picture I got on Thanksgiving. Here is grandma and grandpa playing pat-a-cake with Livvy and Lexi.On Friday morning Erin, mom and I headed out shopping at about 4:30 in the morning. It was great fun! After Erin realized how crazy people are on that day, and that you really do wait in REALLY long lines, she started to relax and enjoy the feel of just being out with the shoppers, and getting excited for the holiday season. She did say she wants to go again next year, so she must have enjoyed herself.

You did better then I did. I didn't even take a camera. Granted it would've been dads and I wasn't prepared to take his out and about.
I'm glad you guys had a good time shopping. We sure missed you guys down in SL. Maybe next year we can be together again.

That was truly a wonderful Thanksgiving day - and we thank Leslie and Jared for hosting a wonderful dinner (and cooking it, too). Yes, it was fun shopping the next morning - I can't believe I actually do that. But I like being with my kids, so it was worth it. Mom
