Minnetonka Cave

I'm trying to do a little catch-up here. So .... back in June, Erin had a softball tournament up in Montpelier, Idaho. We did A LOT of sitting around, and waiting for games to start that were 2 hours behind schedule. But another mom and I decided to take our little "softball orphans" and do something that they might enjoy. We went to the Minnetonka Cave. I must say that we will be better prepared, as far as shoes and clothing, next time we enter a cave. When they say 42 degrees, they really mean it! The girls did great!Taylor, Oaklee and Brooklyn - ready for the adventure.
Taylor and I posing in front of some cool stalagmites.

All worn out (and frozen) after the adventures under the earth. What a great way to kill a couple of hours that otherwise would have been spent eating and sitting. Notice the sun. It's about the only sun we saw all weekend!
